Our Next Generation Basketball Skills program allows basketball players of all ages and skill levels to fine-tune all aspects of their game; equipping them with the tools needed to compete at their best level. With a focus on conditioning, increased agility, proper technique and overall court awareness, the Skills Academy prepares players to be on the top of their game for season play. Our individual and group workouts focus on footwork, shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, lay-ups, floaters, triple threat, pick-n-roll work, 1 on 1 moves, conditioning, and performance training (speed, strength, agility, and quickness).

SUNDAY SKILLS TRAINING
First Start / Beginners
Basketball skills training sessions for young kids just learning the game. Primarily for kids PreK - 2nd grade, the program is designed to teach the rules of the game and the basic fundamentals in a low pressure, fun environment. Our workouts focus on ball-handling, passing, shooting, and footwork. Each participant will work on a different skill every week.
Intermediate / Experienced
Basketball skills training sessions for all players with an above average basketball IQ in a variety of areas. Each player is capable of but hasn’t mastered basic fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, playing defense, and rebounding the basketball. Training sessions focus on skills and drills to enhance each player personal growth and skill development to reach their full potential and to improve their overall game.
ADVANCE SUNDAY SKILLS TRAINING
Advance / Elite
The Advance/Elite skills training sessions is our most thorough approach to youth basketball skills development. Sessions are innovative and intense. We focus on individual skill set, position specific, triple threat breakdown, reading game situations, developing basketball IQ, penetrating moves, ball reversal concepts, drive and kick series, defensive principals, goal settings, and periodic player evaluations.
